Dwarf bodybuilder gets BIG
Bodybuilding gave him confidence and a ton of female fans

Next time you are feeling down (pun intended!) and moaning that you can't make any progress in the gym, remember this guy right here. His name is Ismail Lanaani and he is only 4 feet 2 inches. However, this has not stopped him pumping iron for several hours a week and his new body has given him tons of confidence and new found fame on Instagram with many female admirers.
Ismail was born with Dwarfism and his parents were told he may never walk. Defying the odds seems to be in his blood as not only did he walk, he went on to become a bodybuilder too! Ismail speaks Arabic, English and French and says he eats clean and trains hard and heavy to stay healthy. He is also looking for love! So ladies, if you like the way he looks then go find him.
