INGREDIENTS

• Juice of 1 large lemon
  
• 1 large apple, skinned, cored and chopped
  
• 40-60g ginger, chopped
  
• 1 tsp turmeric (optional)
  
• 2 tsp honey
  
• Dash of black pepper
  

Yields 8-10 servings

DIRECTIONS

• Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  
• Blend for up to 1 min, until smooth.
  
• Serve into shot glass or serve in small cup, should be around 40ml.
