        Egg, Cheese and veg burrito 
        Delicious Egg, Cheese and vegetable Burrito

        Ingredients: 
 
 - 1
   whole wheat tortilla
 
 - 2
   large eggs (you can substitute egg whites if desired)
 
 - Diced
   vegetables of your choice (onions, peppers, mushrooms etc)
 
 - 1/8
   cup of shredded cheese (If desired)
 
 - 1
   tablespoon of salsa (if desired)
 
 - Salt
   and pepper to taste 
 
 
Method: 
 
1. Beat eggs in a microwave safe dish
2. Add salt and pepper to taste and veggies of choice
3. Heat in a microwave for 60-90 seconds
4. Place cheese and salsa over wrap
5. Enjoy!
