The foods you put in to your body will have a direct effect on how you look. Certain foods will make you lose fat, build muscle, tighten up and get rid of water. These foods will make you look “hard”. Other foods will push you to produce more oestrogen, hold on to more fat, lose muscle mass and bloat. These foods make you look “soft”.

Let’s have a look at what you should be eating and what you should be avoiding to look “hard”:

  • Foods high in saturated fats

If you want to look hard, have a tight, muscular, lean body, then you need to avoid the ones on the soft list and eat more of the foods on the “hard” list. Simples. :)
