• Standing barbell overhead press 4x sets 10-12 reps
• Seated military press (behind neck) 6x sets 10-12 reps
• Upright rows super set with dumbbell side lateral raises 4x sets 10-12 reps
• Cable rope face pulls super set with front z-bar raises 4x sets 10-12 reps

• Finisher: Kneeling Barbell Lever Press 3x sets to failure
