Tuna is a great source of protein which has virtually zero fat and zero carb. It's loaded with protein which is essential for muscle building and general fitness. Wrap the tuna in low-fat wraps and you have the perfect lunch which includes a good source of protein and carbs. This can also be enjoyed at any time of the day for a healthy meal.

Recipe

  • 1 tuna in water, drained well
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1 whole diced red onions
  • 1 or 2 low fat wraps
  • Light mayo (optional)
  • Lemon juice

You can also add other ingredients the wrap to suit your taste. Good things to add are tomatoes, cucumber, gherkins, low fat cheese etc.

Directions

In a medium bowl combine the tuna, onion, and parsley and top off with some lemon juice.

Place the ingredients onto each piece of wrap bread. Top off with some light mayo some tuna salad onto each piece of wrap bread. Top of with some mayo. Roll the wraps and serve.
