Strawberry & Banana Frozen Protein Yoghurt

Everyone loves frozen yoghurt and ice cream so this recipe is put together to provide you with a healthy, high protein alternative that’s perfect as a snack or an after dinner dessert.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g strawberries, frozen
  • 3 medium bananas – frozen, chopped
  • 1 scoop LA Whey Gold strawberry flavour
  • 1 tbsp – honey
  • 200g Greek yoghurt, plain

Yields 4 servings

DIRECTIONS

  • Put the strawberries and bananas in freezer bags and put them in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  • Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides as needed.
  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or pour into a freezer safe container with a lid and freeze for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
