High Protein Smoked Salmon and Avocado on Rye Bread

This belly blasting recipe includes ingredients like avocado and salmon which are full of fat burning properties such as monounsaturated fats. Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Avocado
  • 2 Slices of rye bread
  • 1 Ounce smoked salmon
  • 1/2 Tbs chopped chives

Method:
  • Mash avocado and spread on 2 slices toasted rye bread.
  • Top each piece of toast with smoked salmon and chopped chives.
