1 1/2 scoops – Chocolate LA Whey Gold Protein
2 Tbsp – Crunchy LA Peanut butter
50ml – Almond milk
2 Tbsp – Sweetener
10 whole Hazel Nuts
2 Tbsp – Desiccated coconut
2. Add milk a little at a time to make a thick dough.
3. Take a tea spoonful of the dough at a time and flatten into a disk.
4. Place a hazel nut in the center of the disk and roll the dough back into a ball leaving the nut in the middle.
5. Roll the truffle ball in some desiccated coconut and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
