High Protein Fruit & Yoghurt Squares
Perfect for the summer

These
delicious squares are packed with vital nutrients to help you look, feel &
perform better. Reach for these next time you crave a sweet snack.
Ingredients
Directions
- 1. Place fruit into separate bowls
and microwave each for 90 seconds.
- 2. Add in ½ cup Greek yoghurt, 1
tsp. honey and a scoop of LA Whey protein into each bowl and stir.
- 3. Line a baking tray with
parchment paper and layer the mixture on.
- 4. Top with shredded coconut and
cover with cling film. Add stick if desired.
- 5. Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy
immediately or store in freezer.
