High Protein Fruit & Yoghurt Squares

These delicious squares are packed with vital nutrients to help you look, feel & perform better. Reach for these next time you crave a sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup peaches

  • ½ cup raspberries

  • 1 ½ cups Greek yoghurt

  • 3 tsp honey

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Directions

  • 1. Place fruit into separate bowls and microwave each for 90 seconds.
  • 2. Add in ½ cup Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp. honey and a scoop of LA Whey protein into each bowl and stir.
  • 3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and layer the mixture on.
  • 4. Top with shredded coconut and cover with cling film. Add stick if desired.
  • 5. Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy immediately or store in freezer.
