With Halloween approaching, don't allow your will power to succumb to all the sweet temptation around you. Fortunately there are recipes out there which allow you to enjoy Halloween, whilst meeting the nutrition requirements specific to your fitness goals. A favourite here at LA Muscle is pumpkin pancakes, they're simple to make, delicious and most importantly they meet that vital macro-nutrient intake!
1 scoop LA Whey
100g pureed pumpkin
4 tablespoons of oatmeal
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 egg whites
Cooking instruction -
Mix the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until you have made a batter mixture.
Prepare the pan by adding a low calorie, non-stick cooking spray.
Slowly add the mixture until your pancake has reached your desired thickness.
Continue to heat until the base has become a solid.
Flip and repeat on the opposing side.
