Breakfast Protein packed egg white and banana Porridge

Ingredients:


• 1 Cup Oats (natural, unflavoured)
• 4 Egg Whites
• Banana, mashed

1 Scoop LA Whey
• Splenda
• Semi-Skimmed Milk
• Salt, pinch

Directions:
1. Cook your Oatmeal the usual way (boil or microwave) then mix egg whites into it as soon as it comes off the heat.
2. The egg whites will cook inside your porridge. Mix the egg whites into your oats with the mashed banana and LA Whey protein powder.
3. Sprinkle a little salt and Splenda on top, then a dash of milk for flavour.
4. You are now ready for a healthy, good protein hit breakfast
