INGREDIENTS

LA Muscle Diet Whey with sprouted oats simmered gently in macadamia milk topped with blueberries chill chai, hazelnuts and Luke's very own rawtella (combine hazelnuts skins off with coconut oil cavao and 100% maple syrup with punch cardamom).

DIRECTIONS

Boil the oats in a stove.

Top with the ingredients

Eat warm
