Chocolate coconut protein cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 servings LA Muscle chocolate night protein (this keeps them from drying out)
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 10 ground almonds
  • 1 bar dark chocolate

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 170c
  • Mix egg, protein powder, coconut flour, baking soda, coconut, milk, and ground nuts in a bowl.
  • Once dough is formed, break in the chocolate.
  • Using a spoon, divide mixture into 12 cookies and place on a baking tray.
  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
