A beautiful Mediterranean recipe which is low in fat and enriched with muscle building ingredients to help with your fitness goals. This recipe is perfect for dinner due to it’s low carb content.
2 chicken breasts
1 egg white
Garlic and ginger, 1 tsp each
Streaky bacon, 2 slices
1 mango, diced
Mint leaves, handful, chopped
Extra virgin oil
1. You're going to blend your kebab meat, not shave it. Give the chicken and egg white a rough blitz. Marinate the mixture in the ginger, garlic, cumin and honey for 2hr.
2. Form kebabs on skewers: wrap hunks of meat with bacon. Grill on each side until golden.
3. Heart-saving sauce? For the chutney, dice half the mango into cubes. Blend the rest with the oil, add the mint and cubes. Pour over the meat and devour.
