Chicken Does Not Have To Mean Boring

Keep the protein high with this delicious Chicken recipe that's not only bodybuilder friendly, but delicious too and can be enjoyed by anyone!

Recipe provided by Muscle Model Alistair Richardson.

INGREDIENTS

  • Protein: Chicken breast (100g)
  • Vegetables: parsnip, beetroot, carrots, sweet potato, white potato, butternut squash, courgettes, peppers, red onion and garlic (200g)
  • Salad: mixed green leaves and chopped cucumber (40g), seeds (10g)
  • Sauces: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar (5-10ml)
  • Seasoning: salt, turmeric, black ground pepper (pinch of each).

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop the vegetables into thick chunks and strips and place in a baking tray.
  2. Season the chicken breast in lemon juice, black pepper, salt and turmeric
  3. Bake these two at 190 degrees C (for 35 mins fan oven, 45 mins regular)
  4. Chop the salad leaves and cucumber and sprinkle seeds over the top.
  5. Boil and egg as you so wish.
  6. Serve all together and enjoy!
