Combine the goodness of blue algae and LA Whey protein in a delicious bowl of warming oatmeal. The perfect supercharge for your day. Algae a powerful protein source full of all your micronutrients combined with the fibre rich buckwheat & chia seed porridge simmered in coconut rice milk then topped with maple banana. To top it off a drizzle of healthy oil fats.

INGREDIENTS

  • 40g buckwheat oats
  • 1 Scoop LA Whey protein
  • 10g chia
  • 1 mug coconut rice milk
  • 1/2 tsp blue algae
  • 1 tsp maple
  • 1 cardamom pod crushed
  • 1 tbsp oil blend
  • 1/2 banana (ripe) , sliced

DIRECTIONS

  • Boil oatmeal on a stove
  • Add ingredients apart from the the protein and banana
  • Top off with the banana and a serving of LA Whey protein
