Whole-Wheat Pancakes

Whole-Wheat, High in Protein Pancakes

RATE:  
 

Ingredients:
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 1 cup Skimmed milk
• 2 Scoops LA Whey Protein in Vanilla

Method:
1. Combine ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix together.
2. Heat skillet to medium heat and spray with olive oil cooking spray.
3. Pour onto skillet and flip pancake over when batter starts to bubble.
4. Once pancake is cooked through and brown on both sides place in a dish.
5. Enjoy
