1 Can tuna fish (in water or brine)
1 tbsp fresh onion
1/2 cups mushroom fresh or canned
20g Cottage Cheese
Spices to taste (optional)
1. Sauté onions and mushrooms while preparing the eggs.
2. Add tuna to egg mixture along with a bit of tuna juice.
3. Add any spices to taste and fold into the cooked onions and mushrooms.
4. When eggs are set, add shredded cheese and fold over.
5. Continue cooking until cheese is melted.
