Spicy Chicken

Delicious but Spicy and packed with protein, Chicken breasts

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Fat Free Butter Spray
  • Red Hot Sauce

  1. Mix butter spray and Red Hot Sauce in a dish to taste.
  2. It should be a nice red colour but still taste quite buttery.
  3. Place chicken in a Pyrex baking dish.
  4. Pour sauce until chicken is completely covered.
  5. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Next day bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes turning chicken over after 20 minutes
