Delicious GUILTY FREE Protein Tower Burger

Protein Tower Burger, great as a post work out meal packed with protein and carbohydrates.

RATE:  
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • Whole Wheat bread bun
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 3 Green Lettuce leafs
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Add an optional sauce to taste

Directions:

  1. Grill Chicken breast on a medium heat
  2. Add Lettuce and tomatoes to whole wheat bread bun
  3. Allow chicken breast to cool
  4. Place chicken on top of bread bun
  5. Drizzle a small amount of Sauce over chicken breast (optional)
  6. Cut in half and serve.
  7. For those on a low carb diet, serve this grilled chicken alongside a plate of salad without the bun.
