Protein pancakes

low fat vanilla protein pancakes by LA Muscle Sponsored Athlete Max Thomas

Ingredients:

  • 113g of oats
  • 2 egg whites
  • A splash of skimmed milk
  • Toppings of your choice
  • 1 Scoop LA Whey (Vanilla)

Directions:

  1. Grind up oats in a blender so they are nice and fine
  2. Add them into a bowl
  3. Chuck in the 2 egg whites
  4. Pour in the skimmed milk
  5. Stir.
  6. The mix should have quite a thick consistency but not un pourable!
  7. Heat up a frying pan
  8. Add 3/4 sprays of fry light
  9. Pour in mixture
  10. Cook until toasted golden on both sides
