Lemon & Herb Chicken Breast

Lemon herbed Chicken Breast full of protein

Ingredients:

  • 11/2 lbs Chicken Breast
  • Lemon Juice – (Half of 1 lemon)
  • ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tbs Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tbs Fresh Basil chopped
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil

Method:

Place Chicken Breasts in a flat dish with sides

In a Small Bowl, mix together all lemon juice, mustard, and herbs; pour marinade over the chicken

Marinate for 30 minutes and up to 12 hours covered, in the fridge.

In a large non-stick skillet, heat the oil over a medium heat; add in the chicken breasts and sauté for 5 minutes on either side until cooked through.

Remove from heat immediately and serve
