High Protein Pasta

Protein and Carb dish that's great for bulking

RATE:  
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can tuna in brine/water
  • 150-200 grams pasta
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 carrot
  • 50 gram walnuts

Directions:
Bring the pasta to boil
Cut and prepare the tomatoes, carrots and walnuts
Once pasta boils add onto the plate
Open and throw in the tuna
Followed by the salad and walnuts
Mix, serve and enjoy
