Healthy Chicken Salad

Salad doesn't have to be boring!

A very healthy salad packed with essential nutrition and vitamins. This is very easy to make and takes literally minutes. Can be served for lunch and or dinner.

Ingredients:
• 120grams roasted chicken breast
• 75 grams baby spinach
• 75 grams green leafy lettuce
• 50 grams broccoli, cut into small florets
• 1 small carrot, shredded
• 1 cup canned chick peas


Directions:

Slice your chicken breasts into a bowl
Add in the spinach, lettuce, broccoli and carrot
Finish off with the Chick Peas
Mix thoroughly
Serve onto a plate
