  • 1 large Banana
  • 8/9 Strawberries and/or handful of Raspberries
  • 1 Heaped Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
  • 25g Oats
  • 1-2 Scoops LA Whey

Method:
1. Measure, chop and put all ingredients in your LA Muscle Shaker
2. Blend and Enjoy.
