Banana muffins

Chocolate protein muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of Chocolate LA Whey protein powder
  • 113g of oats
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 large-medium banana
  • 3g of cinnamon
  • 10g of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of apple sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1.5 tablespoons of flax seed oil (this is optional but is a great way to add some healthy fats to your muffins)

Directions:

1. Grind up the oats

2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well

3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

4. Get a muffin pan and fill greased muffin tins 2/3 to the top

5. Bake in oven for 17-20 minutes

6. Enjoy!

This recipe should make about 8-12 muffins
