Banana Split Protein Shake

  • 8 oz. Soy Milk (you can use ANY milk or milk/water combo).
  • 1 scoop of LA Whey Vanilla or Banana Protein shake
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pineapple
  • 2 Frozen Strawberries
  • 3-4 Ice Cubes

    Directions:

    Add liquid, ice, then fruit, then protein powder and blend on high.
    Top with an optional squirt of Sugar Free Land of Whipped Cream and little drizzle of Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce
