Ingredients:

  • 100 grams cooked chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cubed avocado
  • 75 grams green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 2 whole wheat bread slices, toasted
  • Toast the bread

Directions:

1. Cut up the chicken and place on bottom of the sandwich bread

2. Add the mayonnaise, salt and black pepper on top of the chicken

3. Top up with Avocado

4. Chop and add lettuce

5. Close with the second bread
