Ingredients:

  • 6 oz cooked turkey, cut into cubes
  • 10g. five spice
  • 5g. splenda
  • 2.5g. salt
  • 2.5g. garlic powder
  • 15g. Mrs. Dash Spicy Seasoning
  • 10g. chilli powder

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix.

2. Add the Cooked turkey, coating evenly.

3. Stir fry in a hot pan greased with Pam for about one minute.

4. Serve with either green salad or steamed vegetables.
