Ingredients:
113g Whole Wheat Flour
5ml Ground Cinnamon
5ml Baking Powder
56g Brown Sugar
2 Egg whites
125ml Soy Milk
60ml Pure Apple Juice
56g Raisins
56g Chopped Peeled Apple
Preheat oven to 350°c
Soak Raisins in The apple juice for 30 Minutes
Spray 8” Square Pan with Vegetable Oil Spray
Stir Together all Dry ingredients, add apples and toss to coat
Combine Dry ingredients and wet ingredients together and mix thoroughly
Spread the thick mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Cut into rectangular slices and serve
