On his routine Mark says: "During my weeks rest from tournaments, I make sure to catch up in the gym, and take time off sometimes to take part in activities in wouldn’t normally have to time to pursue. So, this year, I took time out to climb Europe’s Highest Peak, Mont-Blanc in Chamonix, 4810 Metres high, accomplished over a 6 day period (including mountain training)"
