David has been active as a football referee since 2005
He has officiated in F.A. Premier League Academy matches
David has refereed some of the top youth sides in the UK plus some of the top regional open age amateurs
From October 2009 David will be taking his refereeing skills to the North East where he will be studying for a Natural Sciences degree at Durham University
David’s aims for the future include helping to raise the profile and change the image of referees – and to officiate at the highest level

David is currently on track for promotion to a level which means that he can work for the FA, with FA sanctioned Leagues as opposed to County FA Sanctioned Leagues.
