Liam Stewart

Liam is well-known as one of the best body builders around and has been involved in the sport for over 16 years. He has a 5 year unbeaten record in Northern Ireland and is now an IFBB competitor.

In 2005 Liam placed 3rd in the IBFA World Championships and then competed in the WABA World Championships where he also placed 3rd.

In 2006 he is going to Mexico to compete in the WABA World Championships again where he hopes to improve last year's placings.

Liam is a writer and has regular columns in various publications.
