Paul Lonsdale

Here is Paul himself, telling you all about him!

"For ten years I was a competitive gymnast and represented Carnegie city of Leeds at a regional level. I retired from gymnastics when i decide to stay on at York and study Sport and exercise science with a specialist in sports therapy. I graduated this year from York and gained entry to study Heath-related exercise and fitness at Leeds met for one year. The information and skills i gathered from my studies projected me into the sport of natural bodybuilding.

I have taken up bodybuilding over the last two years I felt it was time for me to begin competing. This year i put together a routine incorporating gymnastics and traditional bodybuilding poses and begun my Champaign to be the BNBF British champion and then a BNBF pro. So for I have trailed my body and routine at the Mr York BB comp finishing 2nd, NABBA Mr United Kingdom 5th. The Mr United kingdom comp qualified me to compete in the 2005 NABBA Mr Britain contest. All of this practice i hope will make me aware of my competitive flaws ready for next year and the BNBF competitive season."
