Tom is a 20 year old body builder. He competed at the BNBF finals last year and placed a respectable 3rd in only his first year of competing!
Tom has been training seriously for just 1 year, so you can imagine his potential given time and the right amount of training, diet and supplementation.
As well as body building, Tom is a fitness instructor and has played cricket at county level and baseball at international level.
