Ayub Choudry
Natural Bodybuilder
- Ayub Choudry is an avid gym goer and has recently competed at the NABBA South East 2011 First Timers where he was placed 4th, however this was not always the case.
Earlier on Ayub battled with his weight and low self esteem, his interest and dedication to bodybuilding brought this around and has inspired his friends and family.
He plans to take his physique to the next level with the help of LA Muscles products which he has used as part of a 20 week diet to transform his body.
His Future Goals are:
- To compete and win the Novice NABBA Finals
- To compete at the UKBFF South East Qualifiers
- Qualify for the UKBFF British Finals.
- To compete in the NABBA South East 2013
Ayub is currently in his off season, weighing around 240lbs his goal is to keep getting bigger and to reach a weight of around 280lbs by December 2012.
Off Season Training Schedule:
- Mon - back and biceps
- Tues - quads,calves, hams,
- Wed - 30mins cardio am
- Thur - chest and rear delts
- Fri - cardio + arms
- Sat - shoulders
Sun - 30mins cardio am
He does this for 8 weeks then he switches to this for 8 weeks and keep rotating to keep growing
- Day 1 - legs
- Day 2 - shoulders
- Day 3 - arms
- Day 4 - chest
- Day 5 - cardio
- Day 6 - back and rear delts
- Day 7 - chest and back
- Day 8 - repeat.
