Richie Allen

Richie really enjoys the powerlifting aspect of his training but is fully devoted to the strongman events. His achievements to date are:

• WSA Powerlifitng 110k Raw Welsh Cup winner, 2007
• WSA Powerlifitng 125k Raw Overall Welsh Champion, 2007
• Severn Valley Novice Strongman 5th place, 2007
• Devon Strongman Novice competition 2nd place, 2007
• Southwest Strongman Challenge open 5th place, 2007
• Devon Strongman Challenge 5th place, 2007
• Welsh counties unequipped champion at 125k, 2007
• Welsh Deadlift Championships- 1st place
• Currently ranked 4th in Wales at deadlift
• 17.02.2008- won the WSA Cup- 125K category and qualified for the BWLA unequipped British Finals in September 2008.
• South Downs Strongman Competition- 5th Overall
• Devon Strongest Man- 5th
• 2009- Wales Strongest Man, 6th .
• 2009 Team Stongman UK Championships 5th
• 2009 Ironworx Swindon's 2nd Strongest Man.
• 2009 Won the WSA Single Lifts Championships (8th Nov)- 125kg Class
• 2010- Wales Strongest Man 2010 - 5th (out of 11)
• 2011- St Ives Strongest Man- 8th
• 2011- Melton Mowbrays Strongest Man - 5th

Richie's goals are to train hard for the coming competitions and ultimately to become the World's Strongest Man.
