Martial Artist- LA Muscle's youngest sponsored athlete
At the tender age of 10 Josh had already been training in martial arts for 5 years. He holds First Dan Black Belt in Karate and Yellow Belt in Kung Fu. His other skills and achievements include:
- Points fighter
- Semi contact fighter
- Traditional forms competitor, open hand
- Traditional forms competitor, weapons
- Extreme musical forms, open hand weapons
- Member of Team Fusion, the UK's best forms competitors
- Trained with Boys Olympic Gymnastics Squad
Josh trains with following weapons:
- Bo Staff
- Karmas
- NunChucks
- Sword
He currently holds:
- Over 50 trophies and 60 medals in martial arts
- Won 1st place in Cimac World Cup 2008 for Semi contact Fighting
- Won 1st place in British open in 2007 fir Kata/Forms
- Over 5 1st place positions in Cimac super league
- 4 Bronze awards at Seni 08 for points fighting in under 130cm, and under 140cm and recognised at Cimac, S Factor , Watford Won
Over the past 3 years Josh was picked to represent his School in regional athletics competitions. His other interests are: swimming, any martial art, football, running and rugby.
