Jonjo McNally
5th Dan in ITF Taekwon-Do
Jonjo is a 33 year old martial artist and started competing again after a 10 year break. With very little training he has won 2 English Championships and took 2nd place at the WUMA European Championships. He has been selected to represent England at the WKC World Championships in November 2009.
Achievements for 2009:
- July- won the 2009 Cimac World Cup
- September- won two gold medals at the M.A.I British Champioships in Manchester on Sunday 20th
Before he stopped competing at the age of 21 he had won numerous regional and national titles. He had also been featured in martial arts press on numerous occasions.
Jonjo also runs free ladies' self-defence seminars which are supported by the local Police force.
