Ben Greenblatt

Ben is a 23-year-old natural competitive bodybuilder with a huge passion for the sport. Ben is known for his short, (only 5ft 5!) but thick, wide build. Ben won his first bodybuilding title in 2010 to become the under 23 BNBF Central British champion.

He is also a fully qualified personal trainer, and owns his own personal training company, Revolution Training based in the North London area. Ben is looking forward to working closely with LA Muscle to help him achieve his bodybuilding goals.

As Ben is now 23, he aims to compete in the weight categories for the first time. He is determined to win his first title as a lightweight in the next few years. Ben’s long term goal and dream is to win a British title, become a pro and compete abroad.
