Adam Charlton
Silver medal at the European U23 championships
Adam has represented Great Britain many times over 400m at junior level. He had won gold medals at English Schools and AAA's National Championships. The achievement he's most proud of is when he made the World Indoor Team for the 400m relay back in 2002. He was also the top of the 2004 UK rankings for the U20 age group.
Michael's best medal is when he won Silver at the European U23 Championships for the 400m relay in 2005.
Currently Michael is taking a break from athletics to focus on bodybuilding and fitness modelling. His ultimate goal is to make the front cover of Men's Health. He also considers entering some bodybuilding competitions next year.
