Do I take supplements before or after training?

All LA Muscle supplements come with full instructions. LA Muscle supplements work very well and are not really that dependant on "when" you take them, as long as you take them!

If you are training, then usually taking your dose (or part of your dose) immediately before or after your training is best.

So for example, with products like Explosive Creatine, ZMAX , fat burning products and the Norateen range, you can take 1 serving ( 1 scoop or 1-2 pills) before training and 1 serving after.
