Really good product, does what it says actually. For me, best taken 30 minutes before exercise.

Very good product for immediate effects. High protien low carb diet and a endurance/ bodyweights based programe has worked for me i am using maurateen heavyweight aswell and therefore slightly increased muscle mass aswell! :)
