How to take: Add 2 level scoops to some water, juice, yoghurt or milk. Stir until dispersed. Leave for 1 minute, then drink. You can vary the amount of liquid to suit your taste.

product is not as high in protien as I expected as I was caught out by the information on the product being related to 100g which is a double serving size (2x 50g serving) but a great taste, great mixability a still a good product.
