Supply: 240 tablets.

How to take:
Training days take 4 tablets with water 20 minutes before training. You can then take 4 more tablets with water, 30 minutes after your workout.
Non-training days: Take 4 tablets with water in the morning and 4 tablets with water in the afternoon.
Make sure you drink lots of water during the Day, at least 1-2 litres.

Each tub will last: 1 month.
