The Ultimate Protein Shakes
This is the recipe for a nice thick shake:
2 x Bananas
2 x Cups of Rice Krispies
2 x Cups of Milk or soya milk
7 x Ice Cubes
1 x LA Whey SACHETS OR 2 x LA Whey 2.2 kg Scoops
Blend for 2 minutes. Drink!
This is a thinner shake:
1 x Banana
1 x Cup of Rice Krispies
1 x Cup of milk or soya milk
1 x Cup Orange or Apple or Pineapple juice
7 x Ice Cubes
1 x Peeled Apple
1 x LA Whey SACHETS OR 2 x LA Whey 2.2 kg Scoops
Blend for 2 minutes. Drink!
Weight gain shake:
2 x Banana
3 x Cup Rice Krispies
4 x Cups of milk
2 x Cup LA Muscle Maltomass
8 x Ice Cubes
1 x LA Whey SACHETS OR 2 x LA Whey 2.2 kg Scoops
