In the article “Male Libido” we dealt with some of the causes of low libido (sex drive) in men. In this article, you are going to learn that when it comes to having a high sex drive, “you are what you eat”. This article is for both men and women as most of the suggestions will work for both sexes.
By changing some aspects of your diet, you can see a dramatic change in your sexy drive, potency and sexual stamina. There are a few foods out there that can make you feel more horny and in the case of men, make your penis harder and give you renewed sexual confidence.
This article is for men and women of all ages. Whether you are a young virile man or an older man or woman with a diminishing sexual appetite, you will find the following useful. Even if you don't need it now, keep the advice for later... you never know!
Changing your diet
Have the following foods on your shopping list the next time you go to the supermarket. It is advisable to buy all or as many of the items as possible. Some foods will work better for some people so buying them all and experimenting is the best way.
Avocados contain libido-boosting B vitamins, E vitamin and fatty acids. Avocado is a “powerful” sexual energy booster.

Onions and garlic
You need to eat these as raw as possible! Onions and garlic increase blood flow to all organs including the penis and vagina. You can swallow small garlic cloves and add onions to salads. If you have to fry them, then so be it but make sure you get some onions and garlic into your diet. Oh and stock up on mints and chewing gums as you may end up not having a partner to unleash your new sexual powers on!!!

How to combine and see results
Nice list, huh? Like most lists you probably go over it, memorise some of it and put it into action...maybe...if you remember.
STOP. Don't treat this like any other list. Print it out and take it with you to your local supermarket.
Once you have bought the foods, start incorporating them in your diet.
Porridge oats for breakfast.
Eat some bananas and a handful of pumpkin seeds and almonds mid morning.
Salad: Make a salad and add avocado, dried figs, celery, boiled eggs and onions to it. Add lots of olive oil.
Grill some asparagus with your lunch and dinner. Try and have fish rather than chicken or turkey.
Add ginger, chillies and basil to sauces.
Once you have tried the above and seen a serious change in your libido and sexual energy, you will be hooked. Food is essential for a great sex life. Restricting foods such as carbohydrates or avoiding certain foods can have a detrimental effect on libido.
Try and eat a wide variety of foods and consciously incorporate the above foods so that they make up at least 30% of your daily diet.
