Miss Fitness America Sherry Goggin workout advice

Hollywood Extra cameras have been following Sherry Goggin around the gym, where she prepares for a photo shoot to promote her new Fit Girl Wear clothing line.

These kinds of workouts are totally different to her usual off-season routine, where she would normally train to put a little more size on.

Sherry says that the best way to prepare for a photo or TV shoot is to perform super-sets of high repetitions (minimum 15) as they are brilliant at burning fat and increasing metabolic rate. She always alternates between: chest and triceps, back and biceps and legs and shoulders.

Sherry also puts a great emphasis on form, which should never be sacrificed. If she struggles with an exercise she might try to lower the weight, but never stop the exercise half way. She also advises everyone to always focus on positives as well as negatives of every single exercise and breathing correctly.
