In an age where people are OBSESSED with looking perfect and sharing their best photos, sometimes it is refreshing to see an honest photo. You very well know that even if you have a six pack, depending on how you sit or your posture, you can look fat! Or at least have extra skin or some sort of extra layers showing. Is this a big deal? Should it affect how you see yourself? According to Anna Victoria who shared this first photo below, there is nothing wrong with it and it is totally normal.
LA Muscle 100% agrees with this. It is great that you want to get fit, look good and improve yourself but do not be obsessed with looking perfect or try and look like the people you see on social media. Just be the best version of "you" and remember that it can take time and it is OK if you don't have a six pack or have some extra skin or whatever. Your priority should be: health first and then looking good. Well done to Anna Victoria for her honesty and now, let's check our some more photos of her courtesy of her Instagram account :)
